Bel moved with the Sun's setting, leaving the cave and making a quick dash to the castle, with his speed it only took him minutes to cover the miles in between the cave and the castle. He probably could have made the journey the previous night, but didn't want to risk them not letting him in and having to see the dawn. He approached the gate with caution, unsure if he would be attacked or not, he reached the gate without incident, and thus assumed that there would be no incident, since his approach was concealed in no way but the darkness. He knocked heavily on the door to the castle and shouted, "Hello! I am one of you, and I'm looking for temporary refuge! May I come inside? I would really like to talk to some of the... leaders, if possible!"
The door creaked open slightly and Bel smirked, a "man" stood within the doorway, near the door, but not close enough to have touched it, he looked much like a butler, but Bel thought it might be some sort of disguise or farce. The butler made a small polite bow, which Bel returned, loosening up a bit as he thought that a facade would not have gone so far as to bow to him first. "Excuse me, but where might I find someone in charge?"
The butler looked up at Bel and nodded in recognition of the request, "unfortunately sir, the masters are not present at the moment, you may wait in one of our rooms until they return if you wish. But do not cause a ruckus sir, or the guard will be forced to remove you. And I will need your name for the masters."
Bel nodded his head as the butler spoke, "but of course, my name is Bel, I'll save the rest of myself for the masters if you don't mind. I won't cause any disturbances, may I be shown to my room now?"
The butler led Bel through the castle, rising a few floors and finally reaching the door to a fairly large room, Bel stepped inside and smiled, it was overly lavish of course, no doubt filled with the need of trying to impress guests. Bel turned to thank the butler, but he was already walking away, Bel shrugged and closed the door to the room. He walked over to the massive bed and jumped onto it, kicking his shoes off and landing in a laying position with his legs crossed at the ankles. "and now I suppose that I just play the waiting game, what fun..." he said morosely, wondering if anyone would return, assuming they really were gone, before he got too impatient and left.
